Revision Policy

I take pride in providing and delivering to you a beautiful digital design in accordance with your brief. I am always ready to make revisions to your project if it does not entirely meet your expectations.

I will make these revisions free of charge so long as your changes remain within my fair revision policy, outlined below:

  • You are not making sweeping changes to your original brief. Small additions are always welcome, but you may not wildly shift your focus after the project has begun without incurring a redesign fee that is dependant on the time already invested.
  • I’m always flexible and I endeavour to be as accommodating as possible, however the low prices offered for my services do not come close to covering the time spent working on these projects. I ask you to respect that and make sure that your revision directions remain consistent with the design you signed off on when discussing and finalising your brief. I will design several different mockups that answer your brief if needed, but this should not be abused. Cosmetic changes are more than fine, and will constitute the majority of revision requests. I greatly encourage you to make sure that what we create together is exactly what you envisioned for your project.
  • You must request your revisions before finalising and the handing off of the project. I will give a cooling off period of 48hrs, however, if you have a change of heart after this time, changes will incur a new design fee.

Please note: Usability issues and changes are free of charge. If something doesn’t work for compatibility reasons, or because of a coding error, I will endeavour to help you with immediately. You will never pay for technical support. However, if you cause irreparable harm to your website and it requires re-installation, you will may be charged a fee.
