Design Briefs

Depending on which service(s) you have ordered, you will need to fill out one or more of these design brief questionnaires. These questions will help to formulate a cohesive idea for your project, and allow us to get it moving in the right direction.
Once you have filled it out and submitted it, I will read it over and get back to you within 24hrs for confirmation. Once you give your final approval, the project will officially begin. Once we move forward, please take into consideration my Revision Policy.
